Internship Opportunity for Undergraduate Students

Europa ICONS

The Europa ICONS program will pair Europa Clipper science team members with undergraduate students for a 10-week research experience during which the students will perform original scientific research.

Mentors and interns will convene July 28–30, 2026 for a mini conference at the University of Colorado, Boulder, to build relationships and to present the work completed over the summer. Interns will get a $12,000 stipend; travel costs to CU will be paid for by NASA.

For in-person interns, NASA will pay up to $1,000 for relocation and provide a housing stipend.
